Safa's journey begins with her love for classical literature, particularly novellas from the nineteenth century.
Focusing primarily on vintage accessories, she explored simple drawings and their fine details, which later evolved into Lino prints.
Through her travels, Safa took inspiration from both her eastern and western heritage and her sketches told stories with the influence of both exotic Persian culture to the enriched woodlands of Britain.
Safa enjoys exploring the power of simplicity and texture in creating art as a form of narrative.
Through her work, Safa hopes to convey energy, passion and vibrancy with its own tale to be discovered.
