1. Responsibility
Each participating artist and venue is responsible for ensuring that their space is safe for visitors.
2. Insurance
- We strongly recommend that artists, venues and workshops hold a valid public liability insurance.
3. Organisers’ Position
The organisers of St Werburghs Art Trail:
- Do not accept liability for injury, loss, or damage occurring during the event
- Act only as coordinators of the trail
4. Safety Expectations
Participants must:
- Ensure safe access to their space
- Minimise risks (e.g. trip hazards, unstable displays)
